These are a selection of photos I have taken for my magazine. 

The day of the shoot

This is a text message between me and Mariya when organizing
when we were going to meeting up.  

We decided to meet at half twelve for the day of the shoot because it a reasonable time but also around lunch time would have the best lighting. When organizing time we simply just messaged each other on 'whatsapp' as it was simple and easy to sort out. 

This is the weather forecast on the day of the shoot as you can see it was
very cloudy and cold.  

                                                                Unfortunately the day of the shoot the weather didn't turn out that great and for the majority of the day it was raining which made going outside hard due to the rain and the mud. However eventually the rain stopped and we had time to go outside and shoot some photos and even though the sky was grey it suited my genre of music more and created a more grungy effect on the photos.  

         

The Camera

For the photos on my front cover I will be using a 'Nikon D3100' camera.

I will be taking a mixture of portrait and landscape photos and different angles.

For lighting I will be using a mixture of natural and artificial leaving the flash on for the majority of photos to reduce the amount of shadows falling on the models face.

For the shoot different background will used to create a wide variety of shot and to find out what works best because of this the camera setting will change slightly for each one.

Makeup

The makeup my model will wear is more of a grunge style so smokey black eyes, eyeliner etc.
